RICK PHIPPS - Burlington Division Manager
 Rick joined the Menninga Electric, Inc. team in 2005. Before coming to Menninga Electric, Inc. Rick had many years of experience in the utility and construction fields. Rick has 20 plus years of project management experience. Rick takes over the Burlington division that is presently working on several large projects. Rick oversees projects in Illinois and Missouri in addition to Burlington and Southeast Iowa. |
